It is hard to believe, but it’s time to prepare for our “No-Stress Christmas Pageant” at 3:00 p.m. on December 24th! “No Stress” means no rehearsals, no lines to memorize and the freedom to wear whatever represents someone’s vision of the Christmas story, be it a Wise Man or dinosaur! Costumes from home may be worn or borrowed from St. Philip’s collection. We have many choices for traditional costumes, including beasts, but sizes are limited.

This year we are inviting individuals and families to sign up for costume selection and fitting. If this is done far enough in advance, alterations and additions are possible. Costumes will be displayed and helpers available in the YAC (our large downstairs meeting room) after the 10:30 a.m. service on December 15th and 22nd, or by appointment. Instructions for No-Stress Christmas Pageant on Christmas Eve

Join us for our “No-Stress Christmas Pageant” + Holy Eucharist on Tuesday, December 24th, at 3:00 p.m. All children are welcome to join; they have the freedom to come dressed in whatever represents someone’s vision of the Christmas story, be it a Wise Man or dinosaur! Our “No Stress” means no rehearsals and no lines to memorize. For those participating in the pageant:

• Arrive no later than 2:30 p.m. and proceed to the YAC (our large downstairs meeting room) to get costumes.
• At least one adult is encouraged to sit with their child(ren) in the designated pews.
